Falling-block rifles are ideal for mountain hunting thanks to their intuitive handling, excellent balance, low weight, and compact design. At our workshop, we craft two distinct action types: the Hagn system and the Heeren system.

Hagn System

Our falling-block rifles with the Hagn system are defined by their clean design, intuitive handling, flawless mechanical function, and precise direct trigger. Upon request, these rifles are also available in a takedown version with additional interchangeable barrels. Barrels in a wide range of calibers – rimmed or rimless – can be exchanged without tools. Available in five different action-sizes from .22lr to .600 Nitro Express.

Heeren System

The Heeren falling-block rifle, built according to a design unchanged for over 100 years, remains one of the most favored stalking rifles among hunters. Its compact construction results in an exceptionally short and well-balanced firearm.

Crafted in-house with great care and according to the original specifications, our Heeren rifles are unmatched in elegance and reliability. As with all our guns, the action can be delivered with a color case-hardened finish upon request. Barrels are available in either round or octagonal profiles.
